OUR 20 DAYS PROGRAM

DAY 1 / 20

WATER SAFETY RULES

This activity is covered with aspect to areas which include In house, Around house, In waters and on Transport using water as a media of transport. The goal here is that the swimmer will be able to understand water safety rules
DAY 2/20

WATER FAMILIARIZATION

Here the trainee covers entering and exiting water, walking , sitting and standing up, splashing water and blowing bubbles. The goal here at the end, the swimmer will be able to understand and be familiar to water
DAY 3/20

FLOATATION

Activities here are plane float, supine float, star float and mushroom float. At the end of the session the swimmer will be able to float properly on water
DAY 7 /20

FREE STYLE

Here the swimmer will cover, legs action, arms action, co-ordination, and breathing. At the end the swimmer will be able to swim in 25 freestyles up to 50 meters.
